Submission of Cargo Declaration - Export. Export Data Declaration Service (EDITIONS) to the local customs office on behalf of the client.Carriermediates between the customs and the client to ensure that the necessary documents are provided at the specified time. EDD does not apply to transit cargo, cargo delivered with transshipment or the remainder of the cargo on board (FROB), although the carrier must still provide a declaration to the local authorities.
