Technical regulationsthis is a document that establishes the characteristics of products (services) or related processes and production methods, design processes (including surveys), buildings, structures and structures, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, storage, transportation, sale and disposal. Until the date of entry into force of the relevant technical regulations, administrative liability in Russia is applied for non-compliance with mandatory requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the Customs Union Commission, as well as requirements of national regulatory legal acts that do not contradict them.
