In connection with the application by the United States of America from 03/23/2018 of a special protective measure against imports of steel and aluminum products, including from the Russian Federation, and in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 40 of the Treaty onThe EAEUdated 05/29/2014 and Article 40 of the Federal Law "On the Basics of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activities", the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the attached rates of import customs duties for certain goods originating from the United States and imported into the Russian Federation, which differ from the rates of the Unified Customs Tariff of the EAEU.
2. This resolution shall enter into force 30 days after the date of its official publication.
