Analysis/a> the applicant's production status is carried out by the product certification body. The results of the analysis are formalized by an act./p>
Scheme 2c includes the following procedures:/p>
The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure the stability of the functioning of the management system and production conditions for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>
The application specifies the document for compliance with which the management system is certified, taking into account the fact that one or more documents may be established in the technical regulations for compliance with which the management system certification is carried out./p>
At the same time, the applicant submits a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate)./p>
Consideration of the application, selection and testing of samples./p>
If the results of the analysis of technical documentation and tests are positive, the product certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>
The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>
The product certification body conducts inspection control over certified products during the entire validity period of the certificate of conformity by testing product samples in an accredited testing laboratory and analyzing the results of inspection control by the management system certification body for the certified management system. If the inspection control results are positive, the validity of the certificate of conformity is considered confirmed, as indicated in the inspection control act. In case of negative results of inspection control, the product certification body makes one of the following decisions:/p>
Decisions taken by the certification body for products are communicated to the applicant./p>
A corresponding entry is made in the Unified Register of Issued certificates of Conformity and Registered declarations of conformity issued in a single form by the product certification body./p>
Scheme 3c includes the following procedures:/p>
The applicant forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of a batch of products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>
The application must contain identifying features of the batch and the units of products included in it./p>
The certification body informs the applicant of the decision on the application containing the conditions for certification./p>
The certification body carries out the identification of the batch of products from the applicant and the selection of samples for testing./p>
Tests of a batch of products (samples from a batch) are carried out by an accredited testing laboratory on behalf of the certification body to which the test report is provided./p>
If the test results are positive, the certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>
The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>

In case of positive results of the study of the product design and analysis of the state of production, the certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>

When making changes to the design (composition) of products or its production technology, which may affect the compliance of products with the requirements set out in technical regulations, the applicant notifies the certification body in writing in advance, which decides on the need for new tests and (or) analysis of the state of production./p>
Scheme 6c includes the following procedures:/p>
submission by the applicant to the product certification body of an application for certification with the attached technical documentation, which necessarily includes a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate) issued by the management system certification body confirming compliance of the management system with the requirements defined in the technical regulations;/p>
The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure the stability of the functioning of the management system and production conditions for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>
