• �selection of samples for testing by the product certification body;/li>
• �testing of product samples by an accredited testing laboratory;/li>
• �generalization by the product certification body of the results of the analysis of the technical documentation submitted by the applicant, the results of testing of product samples and the issuance of a certificate of conformity to the applicant;/li>
• �application of a single sign of appeal;/li>
• �inspection control over certified products, control over the stability of the management system./li>

�The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure the stability of the functioning of the management system and production conditions for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The application specifies the document for compliance with which the management system is certified, taking into account the fact that one or more documents may be established in the technical regulations for compliance with which the management system certification is carried out./p>

�At the same time, the applicant submits a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate)./p>

�Consideration of the application, selection and testing of samples./p>

�If the results of the analysis of technical documentation and tests are positive, the product certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>

�The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>

�The product certification body conducts inspection control over certified products during the entire validity period of the certificate of conformity by testing product samples in an accredited testing laboratory and analyzing the results of inspection control by the management system certification body for the certified management system. If the inspection control results are positive, the validity of the certificate of conformity is considered confirmed, as indicated in the inspection control act. In case of negative results of inspection control, the product certification body makes one of the following decisions:/p>

• �suspend the certificate of conformity;/li>
• �cancel the certificate of conformity./li>

�Decisions taken by the certification body for products are communicated to the applicant./p>

�A corresponding entry is made in the Unified Register of Issued certificates of Conformity and Registered declarations of conformity issued in a single form by the product certification body./p>

�Scheme 4c includes the following procedures:/p>

• �submission by the applicant to the certification body of an application for certification with the attached technical documentation;/li>
• �consideration of the application and adoption of a decision on it by the certification body;/li>
• �testing of each unit of products by an accredited testing laboratory;/li>
• �analysis of test results and issuance of a certificate of conformity to the applicant;/li>
• �the application of a single sign of treatment./li>

�The applicant forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of a unit of production to one of the certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The application must contain identifying features of the unit of production./p>

�The certification body informs the applicant of the decision on the application containing the conditions for certification./p>

�Unit tests are carried out by an accredited testing laboratory on behalf of the certification body to which the test report is provided./p>

�If the test results are positive, the certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>

�The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure that the production process is stable and ensures that the manufactured products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The certification body informs the applicant of the decision on the application containing the conditions for certification./p>

�The certification body conducts a study of the product design by analyzing the technical documentation on which the products are manufactured, the results of calculations, tests of experimental samples of products./p>

�The results of the study of the product project are drawn up in a conclusion, in which the certification body assesses the conformity of the product project with the established requirements./p>

�The analysis of the applicant's production status is carried out by the certification body. The results of the analysis are formalized by an act./p>

�In case of positive results of the study of the product design and analysis of the state of production, the certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>

�The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>

�The product certification body conducts inspection control over certified products during the entire validity period of the certificate of conformity by testing product samples in an accredited testing laboratory and (or) analyzing the state of production. If the inspection control results are positive, the validity of the certificate of conformity is considered confirmed, as indicated in the inspection control act. In case of negative results of inspection control, the product certification body makes one of the following decisions:/p>

• �suspend the certificate of conformity;/li>
• �cancel the certificate of conformity./li>

�Decisions taken by the certification body for products are communicated to the applicant./p>

�A corresponding entry is made in the Unified Register of Issued certificates of Conformity and Registered declarations of conformity issued in a single form by the product certification body./p>

�When making changes to the design (composition) of products or its production technology, which may affect the compliance of products with the requirements set out in technical regulations, the applicant notifies the certification body in writing in advance, which decides on the need for new tests and (or) analysis of the state of production./p>

�Scheme 6c includes the following procedures:/p>

�submission by the applicant to the product certification body of an application for certification with the attached technical documentation, which necessarily includes a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate) issued by the management system certification body confirming compliance of the management system with the requirements defined in the technical regulations;/p>

• �conducting a product design study by the certification body;/li>
• �summarizing the results of the analysis of technical documentation, including the results of the product design study, and issuing a certificate of conformity to the applicant;/li>
• �application of a single sign of appeal;/li>
• �inspection control over certified products (control over the stability of the quality management system)./li>

�The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure the stability of the functioning of the management system and production conditions for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The application specifies the document for compliance with which the management system is certified, taking into account the fact that one or more documents may be established in the technical regulations for compliance with which the management system certification is carried out./p>

�At the same time, the applicant submits a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate)./p>

�The certification body analyzes the technical documentation, conducts a study of the product design according to and, with positive results, draws up and issues a certificate of conformity for the products to the applicant./p>

�The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>

�The product certification body conducts inspection control over certified products during the entire validity period of the certificate of conformity by testing product samples in a testing laboratory and analyzing the results of inspection control by the management system certification body for the certified management system. If the inspection control results are positive, the validity of the certificate of conformity is considered confirmed, as indicated in the inspection control act. In case of negative results of inspection control, the product certification body makes one of the following decisions:/p>

• �suspend the certificate of conformity;/li>
• �cancel the certificate of conformity./li>

• �consideration of the application and adoption of a decision on it by the certification body;/li>
• �conducting a type study by the certification body;/li>
• �conducting an analysis of the state of production by the certification body;/li>
• �summarizing the results of the project study and analysis of the state of production and issuing a certificate of conformity to the applicant;/li>
• �application of a single sign of appeal;/li>
• �inspection control of certified products./li>

�The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure that the production process is stable and ensures that the manufactured products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The certification body informs the applicant of the decision on the application containing the conditions for certification./p>

�The certification body conducts a product type study in one of the following ways:/p>

• �study of a sample for planned production as a typical representative of all future products;/li>
• �analysis of technical documentation, testing of product samples or critical components of products./li>

�The results of the type study are formalized in the conclusion, in which the certification body assesses the conformity of the product type with the established requirements./p>

�The analysis of the applicant's production status is carried out by the certification body. The results of the analysis are formalized by an act./p>

�In case of positive results of the product type study and analysis of the state of production, the certification body issues a certificate of conformity and issues it to the applicant./p>

�The applicant takes all necessary measures to ensure the stability of the functioning of the management system and production conditions for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of the technical regulations, forms technical documentation and submits an application for certification of its products to one of the product certification bodies that has this type of product in the field of accreditation./p>

�The application specifies the document for compliance with which the management system is certified, taking into account the fact that one or more documents may be established in the technical regulations for compliance with which the management system certification is carried out./p>

�At the same time, the applicant submits a certificate for the management system (a copy of the certificate)./p>

�The certification body analyzes the submitted documents, conducts research and, with positive results, draws up and issues a certificate of conformity for the products to the applicant./p>

�The applicant applies a single treatment mark, unless otherwise established by the technical regulations./p>

�Scheme 9c includes the following procedures:/p>

�submission by the applicant to the product certification body of an application for certification with the attached technical documentation, which necessarily includes:/p>

• �information about the conducted research;/li>
• �test reports carried out by the manufacturer or an accredited testing laboratory;/li>
• �certificates of conformity for component materials and products or test reports (if available);/li>
• �certificates for the quality management system (if available);/li>
• �documents confirming compliance of the specified products with the requirements of the technical regulations applicable to them, issued by foreign certification bodies;/li>
• �other documents directly or indirectly confirming the conformity of products with the established requirements;/li>
• �consideration of the application and adoption by the product certification body of a decision on the certification of products;/li>
• �conducting and summarizing the results of the analysis of technical documentation by the certification body and issuing a certificate of conformity to the applicant;/li>
• �the application of a single sign of treatment./li>
