On the approval of the rates of import customs duties in respect of certain goods, the country of origin of which are States and territories taking measures that violate the economic interests of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. To approve, by 12/31/2024 inclusive, the attached rates of import customs duties in respect of certain goods, the country of origin of which are states and territories taking measures that violate the economic interests of the Russian Federation, other than the rates of the Single Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union.
   • 1(1). If, when importing goods, the rates of import customs duties for which are approved by this resolution, it is revealed that the origin of the goods is unknown or in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 314The EAEU TCIf it is considered unconfirmed, then the rates of import customs duties approved by this resolution are applied to such goods.
2. The Federal Customs Service shall ensure control over the implementation of paragraph 1 of this resolution.
3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, together with the Federal Antimonopoly Service and with the participation of Russian manufacturers' associations, to develop and implement a set of measures aimed at increasing the supply of goods subject to import customs duties in accordance with paragraph 1 of this resolution on the domestic market of the Russian Federation in order to prevent consumer price increases.
4. This resolution shall enter into force 5 days after the date of its official publication.

*2 The rate of import customs duty is established in respect of goods whose country of origin isUnited States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or Poland.
*3 The rate of import customs duty is established in respect of goods whose country of origin is foreign states and territories that commit unfriendly acts against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals specified in the list approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 5, 2022 N 430-R.
*4 With the exception of sports weapons and accessories imported to support the national teams of the Russian Federation upon confirmation by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation of the intended purpose of the imported goods.
