Resolution The Government of the Russian Federation  № 710 dated 05/06/2023 

О внесении изменений в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 26 марта 2020 г. № 342

  1. Add paragraph 71 the following content:
    • "71. In case of declaration in the customs declaration of at least one product from the list according to Appendix No. 1, customs duties forcustoms operationsthey are paid according to the rate30000 rubles.".
  2. In paragraph 10, replace the words "according to the annex" with the words "according to Annex No. 2".
  3. In the numbering heading of the annex to the said resolution, replace the word "ANNEX" with the words "ANNEX No. 2".
  4. Add the following appendix No. 1:
