Classifier of types of documents when applying for information in column 44

Documents confirming the declared information inDT, the declarant must have at the time of filing the DT, except for the cases specified in paragraph 8 of Article 104The EAEU TCor defined by Articles 114 – 117 of the Labor CodeThe EAEU, such documents may not be available at the time of filing the customs declaration.

Information about each document should be indicated from a new line with its code affixed in accordance with the classifier of types of documents and information. 

**** Employees are the head of the diplomatic mission of the EAEU member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, members of the diplomatic and administrative staff of the diplomatic mission of the Member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, the head of the consular institution and other consular officials of the consular institution of the member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, consular employees of a consular institution of a member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, employees of a representative office of a member State to an international organization located outside the customs territory of the Union.

Further, through the separator sign "/", a sign is indicated confirming the submission or non-submission of the document when submitting the DT."" – examples xxxxx/0 xxxxx FROM 06/16/2021. In accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 109 of the EAEU Customs Code, the submission of a declaration for goods is not accompanied by the submission to the customs authority of documents confirming the information stated in the declaration for goods, except for the cases provided for in paragraph two of paragraph 7 of Article 109. But at the same time, it is necessary to take into account paragraph 1 of Article 325 of the EAEU TC.

Then, from a new line, they are indicated under the appropriate code according to the classifier of types of documents and information for each (separate) document:

• number, date and validity period (if the validity period is limited) of the document confirming compliance with prohibitions and restrictions;
• when declaring goods for which licensing is established (if the license contains an appendix) – the license number and, through the separator sign "/", the serial number of the goods under this appendix, and if there is a general license after the general license number, through the separator sign "/" – the serial number of the list of goods to the general license and further through the separator sign "/" is the serial number of the product according to the specified list;
• numbers (registration numbers) and dates (if there are dates) of transport (transportation) documents for which international transportation or transportation under customs control was carried out using the customs procedure of customs transit, if international transportation or goods were transported in respect of the declared goods before they were placed under the claimed customs procedure or the completion of the previously declared customs procedure according to the customs procedure of customs transit;
• the registration number of the declaration for goods in respect of previously imported identical goods in the case provided for in paragraph 6 of the Regulation on the Specifics of Controlling the Customs Value of Goods approved by the EEC Decision No. 42 of 27.03.2018;
• number and date of the document confirming the intended purpose of the goods;
• the number and date of issue of the certificate of origin of goods, the country code in accordance with the classifier of the countries of the world in which the certificate was issued, if, in accordance with international treaties and acts constituting the law of the Union, it is required to provide a document confirming the country of origin of goods in the form of a certificate of origin of goods;
• the name of the document, number (if any), date and period of validity (if the validity period is limited) confirming the availability of benefits or features for the payment of customs duties, as well as the code of the type of payment in accordance with the classifier of types of taxes, fees and other payments, the collection of which is assigned tocustoms authorities;
• number, date and validity period (if any) of the document certifying the registration of a person as a resident (participant) of a free (special, special) economic zone (hereinafter –FEZ(SEZ));
• the number and date of the document certifying inclusion in the Register of Authorized economic Operators, and the code of the type of special simplifications is indicated through the separator sign "/" in accordance with the classifier of types of special simplifications;
• when placing goods under customs procedures for processing in the customs territory, processing for domestic consumption or processing outside the customs territory, as well as when declaring processed products, goods that have not undergone processing operations, waste and remnants of goods – the number and date of issue of the document on the conditions of processing goods in the customs territory, processing goods for domestic consumption or processing outside the customs territory, and in the Republic of Belarus, the validity period of the specified document and the claimed period of processing of goods are additionally indicated (XX.XX.XXXX – day, month, year);
• numbers and dates of other documents and (or) information on obligations, the provision of which is provided in accordance with the terms of customs procedures, as well as numbers and dates of other documents and (or) other information to be specified in the DT.
