Flexitankthis is a large, flexible container tank with a volume of 12 to 24 thousand liters, for transporting non-hazardous liquids in a standard 20-foot container. Flexitank allows you to transform a standard dry 20-foot container into a carrier for liquid cargo, replacing expensive tank containers. 

The material from which flexitank is made does not interact with the cargo even in case of high temperatures and during long transportation. The outer shell of the flexitank is made of polypropylene, the inner part is made of four layers of food grade polyethylene. Flexitank is made of materials approved for use in contact with food.

For cargo transportation in Flexitank, you can use containers of standard size ICC, 1C weightgross30.48 tons transported by road, rail or sea. Containers must be manufactured in accordance with all requirementsISO. Container design, size, permissible load, certification,KBK plateand the operational requirements must comply with international standards.

The side walls of the container should be corrugated and should not be deformed, there should be no traces of repair on the walls of the containers, both container doors should have two operable locks, the container should not have damage to the doorway and door hinges.

Containers must be cleaned of stickers indicating "dangerous cargo", from any extraneous markings or labels, do not contain residues of radioactive or toxic materials, containers must be clean and dry, without sharp corners, loose screws of the floor and doors, dents, walls and floor of the container must be free of stains and other sources of contamination that may react with flexitank material.

To prepare the container for the use of flexitank, it is necessary:

• conduct a visual inspection of the container for the presence of foreign objects in the walls and in the floor, remove old nails, screws and other parts that can damage the flexitank;
• carefully sweep the floor of the container with an industrial brush, inspect the floor for possible defects, clean the brush and sweep the floor again, paying special attention to the nail heads and fragments of hardware, if found, carefully remove them.

To load liquid non-dangerous goods into flexitank, it is necessary:

• close and lock the left door of the container;
• on the left door of the container, paste an information sign "It is forbidden to open the door when the container is loaded."
• remove the dust cap;
• unscrew the valve cover, check the cleanliness of the valve;
• connect the pipe with the valve, secure the latch. It is forbidden to crimp and tap the valve during installation;
• ensure that the hose and valve are positioned at the same level;
• fill the flexitank evenly. Start loading at minimum pump pressure; give flexitank a minimum pressure to straighten out
• stop loading when the desired volume/weight of the load is reached, turn off the pump and close the liner valve;
• close the container doors.

The flexitank delivery package includes:

• horizontal metal beam with dimensions of 50x50x2400 mm, with a wall thickness of 4 mm - 5 pcs;
• horizontal metal beam (with extension) with dimensions of 40x40x2400 mm, with a wall thickness of 4 mm;
