    In case yourspan class="mytool">product/a> there is no need to issue a Declaration of Conformity or a Certificate of Conformity on the labels there should not be an EAC mark. The other requirements remain the same, namely everything must be in Russian./p>

    In case the product showsspan class="mytool">marking/a> with the EAC sign, the declaration may be refused and forced to place the goods under the appropriate procedure, in order to take actions to eliminate this violation, i.e. re-labeling the goods./p>

    Using as a basis: paragraphs 1 and 9 of paragraph 1 of Article 125 of the EAEU TC - that violations of the requirements of the legislation have been identified. The labeling on the package (EAC) contains information that may mislead the consumer./p>
