1.1. Ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances prohibited for import and export*

In the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Management (Rosprirodnadzor) is the authorized federal executive authority to coordinate applications for licenses and other permits for the import and export of ozone-depleting substances in trade with third countries, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1567-r dated 23.09.2010

Informational materials for the adoption of additional customs control measures aimed at suppressing the false declaration of goods containing ozone-depleting substances and preventing their import (export) without obtaining licenses, details in the letter of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 14-57/44508 dated 09/14/2011 From 07/19/2012, it is established that the arrival of ozone-depleting substances on the territory of the Russian Federation is allowed only at certain checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation, see the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 687 dated 07/06/2012

*With the exception of importation into the customs territoryThe EAEUand (or) export from the customs territory of the EAEU of ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances specified in this section, in cases established by the Regulations on the Import into the Customs Territory of the EAEU and Export from the customs Territory of the EAEU of ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances (Annex No. 20 to the Decision of the Board of the EAEU of 21.04.2015 No. 30).

**This formula does not apply to 1,1,2-trichloroethane.

*** With the exception of products containing ozone-depleting substances controlled by the export control system of the EAEU member State, which is the State of departure (destination state) of these goods.
