| CLL | Cancellation Fee. This fee is applied to each container in the confirmed order that is not in the loading zone, regardless of the timing. This fee is also applicable when the customer 1) reduces the number of containers in the order, 2) transports or moves containers to another vessel, 3) cancels the order, 4) does not take proper action, and the container simply does not get on the ship.
