The importer from Vladivostok stated in the customs declaration onproductabout the import of almost 8 tons of various cosmetics from the Republic of Korea: shampoos, hair conditioners, eye patches, masks and face creams.

According to Pavel Zhuravlev, the chief state customs inspector of the customs inspection department of the customs post of the Vladivostok Seaport of Vladivostok Customs, during customs inspection, customs officers found in the container, in addition to the declared goods, 3.5 thousand packages (140 kg) of fillers - an injectable drug for correction and rejuvenation of the skin of the face, which contained lidocaine. Permits confirming its quality and safety are required for this product. The importer did not have such documents. 

Vladivostok customs opened a case of an administrative offense, the goods were seized.

Part 1 of Article 16.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation is liable for non-declaration of goods in the prescribed form in the form of a fine, for legal entities from one second to two times the value of the goods that were the subjects of an administrative offense, or their confiscation.
