    1. The certificate of conformity and declarations of conformity ending in the period from 12.03.22 to 01.09.22 are automatically extended for 12 months./li>

    3. It is possible to import products into the territory of the Russian Federation without labeling (including without EAC), whilespan class="mytool">marking/a> it must be applied before the product is sold to the consumer./li>
    4. It is allowed not to provide inspan class="mytool">customs authorities/a> documents concerning products that are spare parts for maintenance or repair (not for commercial distribution), components, raw materials or materials for the production of products on the territory of the Russian Federation, single copies for the applicant's own needs./li>

For products subject to certification or declaration according to the 3D scheme, it is possible to issue a declaration of conformity on the basis of factory protocols, whilespan class="mytool">declaration of conformity/a> it is issued for a batch, for a period of no more than 6 months (At the same time, products imported according to this declaration of conformity are not marked with the EAC sign). A little later, the Ministry of Economic Development will make a list of products for which it will be impossible to issue such a declaration of conformity./li>
    6. For the circulation of products on the territory of other states, it is necessary to undergo a standard conformity assessment procedure and label the EAC./li>
    7. Only the registration number of the declaration of conformity is provided to the customs authorities, the provision of the original, as well as the grounds for issuing the declaration of conformity is not required./li>
