    What changes have occurred in connection with the entry into force of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 353 of 12.03.22

    1. The certificate of conformity and declarations of conformity ending in the period from 12.03.22 to 01.09.22 are automatically extended for 12 months.
    2. The FCS will not request originals of permits.
    3. It is possible to import products into the territory of the Russian Federation without labeling (including without EAC), whilemarkingit must be applied before the product is sold to the consumer.
    4. It is allowed not to provide incustoms authoritiesdocuments concerning products that are spare parts for maintenance or repair (not for commercial distribution), components, raw materials or materials for the production of products on the territory of the Russian Federation, single copies for the applicant's own needs.
    5. For products subject to certification or declaration according to the 3D scheme, it is possible to issue a declaration of conformity on the basis of factory protocols, whiledeclaration of conformityit is issued for a batch, for a period of no more than 6 months (At the same time, products imported according to this declaration of conformity are not marked with the EAC sign). A little later, the Ministry of Economic Development will make a list of products for which it will be impossible to issue such a declaration of conformity.
    6. For the circulation of products on the territory of other states, it is necessary to undergo a standard conformity assessment procedure and label the EAC.
    7. Only the registration number of the declaration of conformity is provided to the customs authorities, the provision of the original, as well as the grounds for issuing the declaration of conformity is not required.
    8. Products that are imported using the declaration of conformity from the paragraph above can be considered "imported samples" when making a declaration of conformity based on the 3d protocol.
    9. You can not specify GLN/GLONASS coordinates.
    10. Certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity will not be cancelled until 01.09.22.
    11. Inspection control can be postponed for 6 months by the decision of the certification body.
