If during the declaration process, during the documentary control as a result of the application of the risk management system, as well as in other cases provided for by lawThe EAEUin the field of customs regulation, the submission of original documents or their copies on paper is required, the declarant submits such documents to any customs post (with the exception of electronic declaration centers and rear customs posts, hereinafter referred to as the customs body of actual control).
The official of the customs body of actual control, to which the document was submitted, scans it in order to place in the Electronic archive of the declarant's documents from the APS "Electronic submission of information".
The authorized official of the customs body of actual control conducts the following checks to identify signs of nonconformity in the originals of documents or their copies:
Based on the results of checking the originals of documents on paper, the authorized official of the customs body of actual control within one hour sends an authorized message to the customs body of declaration containing a scanned image of the document and comments on the identified signs of non-compliance.
The customs body of declaration does not require the declarant to submit the originals of the documents that are presented to the customs body of actual control.
