Information on the procedure for moving cash and monetary instruments across the customs border of the EAEU, as well as on the form and procedure for filling out a passenger customs declaration, is posted on the official website of the FCS of Russia on the Internet (www.customs.ru) in the section “Information for individuals" (the declaration can be filled out in advance).

At the places of arrival to the customs territory of the EAEU or departure from this territory, for the purposes of customs declaration of goods for personal use, a double corridor system is used, allowing individuals crossing the customs border to make an independent choice between the “red” corridor (with customs declaration of goods for personal use in writing) and the “green” corridor.

In addition, on the official website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia using the participant's personal accountForeign economic activityan individual may fill out a passenger customs declaration in electronic form and send it to the customs authority included in the list of customs authorities in which the Temporary Procedure for Using the Unified Automated Information System of Customs Authorities is applied when performing customs operations in respect of goods for personal use transported in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by the carrier, using information, submitted in electronic form, approved by Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 192-r dated July 8, 2016 (as amended by orders of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 295-r dated December 28, 2017, No. 13-r dated 30.01.2017 and No. 147-r dated 30.06.2017).

Passengercustoms declarationcash and monetary instruments belonging to a legal entity are not used for declaration by an individual (declaration of such funds is carried out in accordance with the Instructions on the procedure for filling out a declaration for goods approved by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 257 of May 20, 2010).
