Can the request for documents placed in advance in the archive of the customs authority be the basis for extending the release of goods?

Paragraph 3 of article 119The EAEU TCit is determined thatrelease of goodsit must be completed no later than 1 business day following the day of registration of the customs declaration or the day of occurrence of one of the circumstances specified in paragraph 2 of this Article of the Customs CodeThe EAEU if one of the following circumstances occurred during the time specified in paragraph 1 of the specified Article of the EAEU Customs Code, including: the customs authority, in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 4 of Article 325 of the EAEU Customs Code, requested documents confirming the information stated in the customs declaration, and (or) decided to conduct customs control in accordance with in other forms or on the application of measures ensuring the conduct of customs control.

Placement of electronic documents in the electronic archive of the declarant's documents in accordance with Article 109 of the Customs Code of the EAEU will be considered an indication of the identifier of the type of document when placed in the electronic archive of the declarant in accordance with the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 12.11.2013 No. 254 "On the structures and formats of electronic copies of customs documents".

Thus, the request from the declarant of documents having the identifier of the type of document when placed in the electronic archive of the declarant,may not be the basis for the reason for the extension of the release dates of goods.
