In case yourproductthere is no need to issue a Declaration of Conformity or a Certificate of Conformity on the labels there should not be an EAC mark. The other requirements remain the same, namely everything must be in Russian.

In case the product showsmarkingwith the EAC sign, the declaration may be refused and forced to place the goods under the appropriate procedure, in order to take actions to eliminate this violation, i.e. re-labeling the goods.

Using as a basis: paragraphs 1 and 9 of paragraph 1 of Article 125 of the EAEU TC - that violations of the requirements of the legislation have been identified. The labeling on the package (EAC) contains information that may mislead the consumer.
